This is my first post. I'm a constant knitter, collector of yarn and patterns. I love knitting and have been knitting and crocheting since I learned how, 44 years ago. I learned to knit when I was in 6th grade and my sister and I taught ourselves to crochet out of the little green Coats and Clark, How To Book. I've been doing my craft almost without interruption since then. I did quit for a few years after my youngest son was born in 1992, but I picked it up again about 4 or 5 years ago and have been going strong since then.
